Teaching/Research
Dr. Keeler's research focuses in the broad field of environmental economics and policy.  His particular areas of interest include the efficiency and equity aspects of implementing and enforcing environmental regulation, the effect of improved ecological information on the formation of efficient environmental policies, and the environmental and public finance consequences of alternative waste management strategies.
