2022-11-21 12:00:00 2022-11-21 13:30:00 Mershon Monday: Building an Archive of Insurgency Lydia Walker, the new Myers Chair in Global Military History, will introduce her project for developing an archive of research materials associated with insurgent movements at the Mershon Center, its connections to her scholarship, and the wider logistical and ethical concerns involved in researching historical processes that fall outside of state archives in regions that we now call the Global South.     No pre-registration is required and a light lunch will be served to attendees.
