Jack Fernandes is a PhD student specializing in International Relations and Comparative Politics. His research interests include Ontological Security and the political psychology of Anxiety and Trust.

Prior to coming to OSU, he received a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College. In addition, he has worked as an intern for both the United Kingdom’s Diplomatic Mission to the United Nations and the Los Angeles Mayor's Office of International Affairs.
