Anthropologist Smoki Musaraj offers a courtroom-level view of new independent commissions and their international monitors.  Smoki Musaraj is Associate Professor of Anthropology at Ohio University and author of Tales from Albarado: Ponzi Logics of Accumulation in Postsocialist Albania (Cornell UP 2020).
