Dakota Rudesill, Mershon Center senior faculty fellow and associate professor of law, discusses The Good Government Papers, a volume he's currently co-editing on reforms to national security related law to buttress norms that have been violated during the Trump administration, and will open discussion to how legal matters around these norms in the time of an election and potential presidential transition.
