As associate manager at the Mershon Center, Megan Lawther oversees and coordinates non-fiscal operations, research initiatives, programming, and training portfolio. She supervises student assistants, supports faculty and student affiliates, develops new programming opportunities, and ensures effective documentation, reporting, and institutional recordkeeping. Megan also leads the planning and execution of major events and special projects, such as conferences, summer institutes, and national security simulations, while collaborating with faculty, staff, and external partners to advance research, engagement, and innovation at the intersection of international, national, and human security issues.
