Emma Pratt is the assistant director of the Center for Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master of Arts in Slavic and East European Studies in 2011, and was involved with Mershon as a student.  She also holds a BA in Political Science and Russian Area Studies from Wellesley College.

She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of CSEEES, which includes academic, student, and outreach oversight and supporting career advising and other professional development programming for Center affiliated-students. Though she is not in a research role, she remains interested in questions of democratic transition and international security in Eastern Europe and Eurasia, particularly the South Caucasus.
