"The Cold War from the Margins" Receives Honorable Mention for AWSS Heldt Prize

Theodora Dragostinova’s recent book, The Cold War from the Margins: A Small Socialist State on the Global Cultural Scene (Cornell, 2021), received an Honorable Mention for The Heldt Prize for best book by a woman-identifying scholar in any area of Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies, awarded by the Association of Women in Slavic Studies.
Along with Eric Schoon (Sociology), Dragostinova is currently co-leading the "Centering the Global Periphery" research cluster through the Mershon Center.
